Sekonda Men’s Watch 1123 Review.
Hello, been a long time since I’ve looked at this brand, however today I’m doing a Sekonda 1123 review. Having been around since way back in 1966 Sekonda know a thing or two about watch making. They often showcase very affordable stylish looking wristwear for men and women. I quite liked the look of this one so figured I would feature it today.

Anyway I’ll get on with my Sekonda 1123 review below and you can find out the price on Amazon today, enjoy.
My Initial Thoughts On This Watch
While I admit It’s one of my preferred colours to go for on watch dials, I do rather like the deep blue dial of the watch dial. The classical modest design also works very well, it’s simply an easy to read, nice looking smart watch.
It’s also fairly affordable which is something I always like to feature on the site, this watch should be well within most people budgets and could also make a nice gift for family or friends.
I’ll look more into the parts below, but if you’re after something nice and simple which will do the job and look nice then this is worth considering.
Type of glass
As I’d expect for a watch in this price range, this Sekonda watch features a specially hardened mineral glass. Mineral glass is fairly common and offers a good level of protection against scratches. It’s not quite as tough as sapphire glass but you wouldn’t expect to get that at this price.
There’s no date feature on the watch and to be honest I think it looks nicer like this. Sometimes trying to achieve the minimalist design requires you to leave out the date feature.
Watch strap and clasp
The strap of the watch is made of PU leather, this is also known as split leather. This basically means the top facing side of the strap has a layer of polyurethane protecting it. The strap itself has a width of 19mm which is fairly standard.
As you tend to find with a lot of leather strap watches, this watch has a standard buckle clasp. Easy to use and very comfortable.
Dial Window Material: Mineral
Clasp Type: Buckle Clasp
Case Material: Stainless Steel
Band Material: Genuine Leather
Band Width: 22mm
Calendar: No Date Display

It’s all about good classic design with this watch and I definitely approve of it. It’s in that price range where you don’t really have to worry too much about making the purchase, If you like it just get it.
It’s a sensible watch to be honest, quite the day to day wear at work thing for me, plus you can’t go wrong with the build quality of Sekonda. I think I’ll be adding this to this quarters best men’s watches under £50
