Emporio Armani Ceramica Men’s Watch AR1410 Review.
Continuing on with the series, today I’m doing a Emporio Armani ceramica AR1410 review. As we all know I do like the designs for these Armani watches as they’ve always been pretty good when it comes to this. People seem to just love Emporio Armani watches which is why they are constantly some of the best selling affordable watches. In this series I’m taking a look at each of the most popular Armani watches before finally outlining the top 10 when I’m finished.

My Initial Thoughts On This Watch
This is another Armani watch that I really like, the black and rose gold design works very well to me. It’s actually one of the most popular, affordable ceramic watches available at the moment so it’s rather interesting to take a look into what makes people love these so much. As you would expect a lot of the time, Armani watches sell because people love the Armani brand, they just want an Armani watch and aren’t fussed about seeing what else is available. But I have to say it’s always worth checking out what else you can get for your money, perhaps look at my top 21 watches under £200 to see what you can actually get for less money.
Type of glass
Having looked at quite a few Armani watches in the past I was expecting to see them using the mineral glass, I was right. It’s a specially hardened mineral crystal that resist most scratches, other scratches can sometimes be buffed out as well. I wouldn’t expect anything more than the mineral in this price range for this brand as it’s not really what they go for and you rarely find sapphire glass for this money on other brands either.
Size
The casing diameter size is 42mm, this is classed as large but I would say it’s the new average size for men’s watches these days. The thickness of this case is 12mm which again is classed as large but it really isn’t chunky at all or anything like that. It sits pretty nicely on your wrist, similar to your standard style watches.
Calendar
In the standard Armani position between the 4 and 5 o’clock position we find a traditional plain date display. It’s nice they include a calender and I wouldn’t expect them to include anything more advance that this. People are normally after more of a fashion piece with Armani watches rather than a technical timepiece.
Watch strap and clasp
The watch strap is also ceramic like the casing and is 22mm wide. This is ever so slightly above the average but sits in very nicely with the casing diameter. I’m a massive fan of the clasp they have gone for though, it’s a deployment style clasp. I love it when they avoid using a basic fold over clasp on watches and I’m happy to pay a little extra on a watch to add a better style strap.

Conclusion
If you’ve been looking for an Emporio Armani watch I’d be happy to recommend the AR1410 from a style point of view, it’s a smart, sleek looking watch and as I mentioned earlier that rose gold & black design looks awesome. So far I only have the one ceramic watch but if I were going to add to my collection this would definitely be one for me to consider.
