10 Best Bulova Men’s Watches For The Year

Today I’m going to be looking at 10 of the most popular Bulova watches for the year. Each one I’ll take a little time to talk about and let you know how I rate them and give them a score out of 10. Bulova are one of my favourite affordable brands, so many nice styles and designs you’re bound to like some of them.

You can learn ever more about this brand from my Bulova watches review where I take an in depth look at the Bulova brand and its history.

As always let me know what you think in the comments below. To find out the prices or more details on the watches just click on their image or follow the link that’s with them. Cheers all, lets get going.

1. Bulova Sports Men’s Quartz Watch with Black Dial Chronograph Display and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet 96A175

96A175

This is a bit of a classic contemporary design from Bulova, it’s also one of their most popular watches. I love the way it can sit subtly and stylishly on your wrist without the need to be too much of a show off piece. Slightly smaller than your average watch actually with a diameter of 40mm but it’s still a good size for what I would consider more of a dress watch. More details here.

2. Bulova Marine Star Men’s Quartz Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Black Rubber Strap 98B104

98B104

Now I love a watch with a bit of rose gold detailing on it, and this works brilliantly. The watch has such a durable hard wearing design and style to it. The casing screams out bulk to me, tank like. Overall it’s a nice chunky watch with a comfortable rubber strap plus it’s got an expensive look  to it. More details here.

3. Bulova Gents Precisionist Chronograph Watch 96B175

96B175

This one’s a very serious looking edition from Bulova. It’s case diameter is 46.5mm making it a rather chunky watch. If you like big, bold noticeable watches then you should definitely check this stunner out. Precision timing, water resistant to 300 metres this is one hard cookie. More details here.

4. Bulova Dress Men’s Quartz Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Brown Leather Strap 98A142

98A142

This Bulova is more of a classic affordable piece. It’s under £100 which is pretty nice. I like the rose gold detailing on the dial and the crown, it blends in quite well with the dark leather strap. It would make quite a nice casual day to day watch in my opinion. More details here.

5. Bulova Automatic Men’s Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet 96A158

96A158

This is actually one of my favourite Bulova watches. I like the subtle use of the exhibition glass giving you a peak into the inner workings of the automatic workings. While we’re chatting about it automatic watches are some of my favourites so to get it with the exhibition glass on this classic design is pretty nice. Have to say that strap design looks quite nice as well. Gives a real expense look to it, I’m sure you’ll be surprised by the price. More details here.

6. Bulova Automatic Men’s Watch with Grey Dial Analogue Display and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet 96A119

96A119

Similar to the watch above this has all the same sort of features I love but it’s gone the extra mile with the design of the dial. Again it’s a stunning automatic with the exhibition glass piece, I love the design of the dial. What do you think of it? More details here.

7. Bulova Military Men’s UHF Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Green Canvas Strap 96B229

96B229

This isn’t something I would personally go for but it’s one of their best selling watches. I was pretty surprised to see a military style watch getting so high but then again they have been becoming more popular recently. It features a traditional hook and loop fastener and a hard wearing mineral glass front. More details here.

8. Bulova Sports Men’s Quartz Watch with Black Dial Chronograph Display and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet 96B247

96B247

This is a slightly larger faced watch but similar to number one if you ask me. Albeit this one has a date feature and a brushed stainless steel dial. If I were to choose between the two I’d go for watch number one myself. The date at that position is a nice feature though. What do you think, could they have done without it? More details here.

9. Bulova Precisionist Men’s UHF Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Black Rubber Strap 98B211

98B211

Now this Bulova masterpiece really stands out doesn’t it, and it’s huge! 47mm diameter with a thickness of 16mm that’s one chunky watch. Again if you want your watch to be noticed and you love the durable hard wearing watches. Then I have to recommend this watch. It looks phenomenal. More details here.

10. Bulova Marine Star Men’s Quartz Watch with Black Dial Analogue Display and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet 98B203

98B203

Last but not least here everyone. A very simplistic design for this dial with no numbers, just luminous indicators at the hour marks. It features a mineral glass and a standard fold over clasp. If you’re looking for a nice day to day watch for work this could be a pretty nice choice. What do you think of it? Comment below. More details here.

Conclusion

Hopefully you enjoyed having a read through the top 10 Bulova watches for 2016. My favourite if you hadn’t already guessed, is watch number 5. I like the sleek design with the exhibition glass to see the inner workings of the watch. Of course it’s also a skeleton watch so I’m always drawn to them.
