Invicta Watches Review
Hey everyone, today I thought I’d do a Invicta watches review. Invicta are a brand I’ve enjoyed taking a look at over the years. They’re what I’d consider a marmite brand, people either love them or hate them. You’ll often spot people asking ‘are Invicta watches good?‘ online, and to that, I’d say they’re good as long as you stick within a certain budget. I wouldn’t pay over £300 for once of their watches, but many of their affordable models are pretty decent.
I’ll be taking a look at the brief history of Invicta watches, then reviewing the Invicta brand, and I’ll finish off by showcasing some of my favourite Invicta watches as well as the best places online to buy Invicta watches.

Brief History Of Invicta Watches
The Invicta watch group was originally founded by Raphael Picard in La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland back in 1837. The Picard family owned and operated the company producing Swiss mechanical watches up until the quartz movement revolution of the early 1970s.
In 1991 the Invicta Watch Company was purchased by a US based investment company. They relocated the corporate headquarters to Basel in Switzerland, this is where the customer service call center is also based.
The Invicta watch group also own other brands, this includes Invicta, TechnoMarine, Glycine, and S.Coifman.
Invicta Watches Review
I quite happily sit in the territory of being an Invicta watch fan. I love their Pro Diver collection, so many awesome watches like the Invicta 8926OB, Invicta 8928OB and more that I’ll showcase later on.
I think one of the main things that annoys people about the Invicta watch brand is the un-realistic MSRP prices that get shown. The watches are often listed for sale with a MSRP that’s sometimes up to 10 times higher than the actually price. In reality these prices are never charged, but used to give the look of a heavily discounted product. It’s a cheap tactic that I’m not a fan of, but I do think the watches are nice, so if you just take the watch on face value for it’s actual sale price, and ignore the previous price, then you will do just fine.
The general build quality of most their watches is pretty decent in my opinion. There’s a huge selection of different designs in various styles to choose from, often something suitable for everyone.
Perhaps you don’t go for oversized watches? Invicta still have a huge selection of watches you might love. My favourite tends to be the Invicta 8928OB, you’ll see it below, I just love the design.
Overall I’d say Invicta watches are very good. There’s plenty of affordable Invicta watches around, and that’s where I’d stick to when it comes to price range. I wouldn’t recommend paying over £300 for an Invicta watch, once you get to this point you’re probably better off looking at a different brand, perhaps try our best watches under £500.

1. Men’s Pro Diver Automatic 8928OB, Invicta watch review
The Invicta 8928OB is part of the popular Pro Diver collection, a selection of affordable dive style watches with reasonable water resistance ratings. This model features an automatic movement, mineral crystal glass, uni-directional bezel, luminous hands, and a 200m water resistance rating.

2. Men’s Pro Diver 6986, Invicta watch review
This is another one of Invicta’s most popular watches, again from the Pro Diver series, however you’ll notice this is one of their awesome oversized models I talked about. It has a 48mm casing diameter, with a thickness of 17mm. This gives it that awesome, oversized chunky finish.
The watch features a precise Swiss quartz movement, durable mineral crystal glass, luminous hands, and a 100m water resistance rating.

3. Men’s Pro Diver automatic 9937OB, Invicta watch review
This is one of Invicta’s most highest rated watches, it’s from the Pro Diver series and is a high specification timepiece. The watch features a high quality Swiss automatic movement, durable flame-fusion crystal glass, an exhibition caseback, lume, and a 200m water resistance rating.
